How do I restore my drop Pro purchase?

Go to Settings in drop, scroll to the drop Pro banner, then tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How does iCloud Sync work?

When enabled (drop Pro), your drink logs and settings are synced through Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store directly between your devices. Make sure you are signed in to iCloud on all devices.

Why isn't my data showing in Apple Health?

Open the Health app → Browse → Water. Make sure drop has Health permissions enabled in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → drop. Toggle both "Read" and "Write" on.

How does the weather-based goal work?

drop uses your location to fetch the current temperature. On hot days (above a set threshold), your daily goal is automatically increased to account for extra hydration needs from heat.

Can I log water for past dates?

Yes — this is a drop Pro feature. Tap the calendar icon on the home screen to open any past date and log drinks for that day.

How do I add a home screen or lock screen widget?

Long-press your home screen → tap "+" → search for "drop" → choose a widget size. For the lock screen, long-press the lock screen → tap "Customize" → add widgets.
